At SAYSKY, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance running gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the return form. Ensure all technical apparel is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
